Rules of cooperation with Gdynia Venture Point
As of: May 24, 2024
What is this document about?
These are simple rules for cooperating with Gdynia Venture Point. If you use our website or rent a desk from us at Aleja Zwycięstwa 96, it means you accept these rules. We don't like difficult words and legal fluff, so we write concretely. We give you our knowledge of the port and contacts in the industry, and you play fairly and on time. If any rule doesn't suit you, simply do not use our services. We are a company from Gdynia and operate according to Polish law. We want everything to be clear from the very beginning, without any hidden hooks in the contract.
Our support and your work
We help develop logistics and maritime projects. We offer an office, help with handling port matters, and contacts with investors. Dariusz Wiśniewski and Marek Zieliński can evaluate your idea so you know if it makes sense in the real world. Remember, however, that you make the final decisions in your business. We suggest how to speed up transshipment or bypass traffic jams before the terminal, but we do not take responsibility for your profits or losses. It's your project, and we are the fuel that is to power it to rapid growth. When using the office, you must take care of order and our common equipment.
Money and invoices
We have transparent packages. Basic port support costs 1,500 zł per month. The full acceleration program with your own desk costs 4,000 zł per month. We issue invoices every month and send them to your email. If you are more than 7 days late with payment, we may temporarily block your access to consultations and the office. For large projects where we look for an investor for you, we set the terms on a separate paper so that everyone is satisfied. We don't add any strange fees for coffee or high-speed internet – you already have that in the price of your package.
Professional secrecy
Your ideas are safe with us. We know well that in logistics, information is money. We won't tell anyone about your new transport systems or planned routes. We expect the same from you. Do not reveal to other companies working in our building at Aleja Zwycięstwa exactly how we operate and what our internal procedures are. If we are building a new project together, both sides keep their mouths shut in front of the competition. It's a matter of mutual respect and trust, without which nothing lasting can be built in the maritime business.
Termination of cooperation
You can resign from our services at any time, maintaining one full month's notice period. We can also thank you for cooperation if you break our rules or spoil the atmosphere in the team. We are not responsible for sudden downtimes in the port of Gdynia, changes in maritime regulations, or other things over which we have no influence. We try to help as best we can, but the sea and logistics can be unpredictable. We try to solve all eventual disputes humanly first, by talking in our office. If that doesn't help, the matter will be settled by the court competent for the city of Gdynia.
Starting new projects next month
We have limited office and financial resources. If you have a plan ready, get in touch now.
